3. If we ACCEPT your offer to trade link advertisements we will use our best HONEST EFFORTS to put your return link on a "PR-OUTLINK Volume equivalent" web page of ours and notify you of it for your review and approval, but if for any reason you are not happy with the page we put your return link on you will notify us within ONE BUSINESS DAY of our notice to you of the page we placed your return link on and the fact that your return link had been posted, failure to notify us in writing within such time shall indicate your acceptance of it and these terms shall then become effective.
4. If an exchange is actually made, either party is free to delete the other parties link at any time, however it is SPECIFICALLY AGREED that neither party shall at any time thereafter either REMOVE OR RELOCATE the others Link Advertisement, make any changes to that link (either the link URL itself or the text content), limit search engine robot access to the page it is located on, or remove any other intra-site links from other pages at that parties site to the page the link is located on without giving PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE of such planned action to the other party at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE.
5. If an exchange is actually made, that use of our site for LINK ADVERTISING is subject tot he same TERMS OF USE, displayed in full at http://www.fsboadvertisingservice.com/legal.htm , insofar as they are applicable to the circumstances of such advertisement and the parties use of our site, specifically the choice of law and venue provisions will apply to Link Exchanges.
