The Mandatory area served by the F.M.L.S. is Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Forsyth, Fulton, Gordon, Gwinnett, Hall, Lumpkin, Paulding, and Pickens counties. The F.M.L.S. listing is OPTIONAL in Clayton, Fayette, Henry, Newton, and Rockdale counties. The MLS's also charge a listing withdraw fee payable to the MLS in the event the listing is cancelled of $35 which the seller is responsible for if they elect to withdraw the listing prior to expiration.
